Therapy for people impacted by grief and/or cancer in Vancouver and the Tri-Cities area, BC.
When life doesn’t go as planned, it can stir up feelings of fear, helplessness and frustration. Experiencing a painful loss or threatening illness can pull the rug out from under you. Where the future was once a place of possibilities, you now find yourself struggling with fear of the unknown.
You are here because you are yearning for things to be different.
You are curious about how to reconcile the loss you’ve experienced with the desire to have a life well lived.
What would it be like to evolve back to wholeness?
We are constantly evolving and responding to change. When we feel off and the intensity of the feelings are getting louder, there are always options. We have the ability to experience shifts, regain confidence and hope, and transform in an unexpected manner.
